Conditions of Let

• Period is from 4.00pm on Saturday of arrival and expires at 10.00am on the last Saturday of the period. Deposit per week per cottage, not refundable. Whole letting fee to be paid 4 weeks in advance of holiday.
• Visitors are responsible for making good any damage caused to the property during their occupation, whether caused wilfully or not, and for replacing any article of furniture or equipment which may become damaged, broken or lost.
• The cottage must be left clean and ready for the next occupant by 10.00am on the last Saturday of the let. We reserve the right to charge for any cleaning that might be necessary. A lady will call to replace the linen each Saturday and will generally give advice about the area.
• Upon arrival and departure, record electric meter readings on card provided and return to Woodside Park Estates for consumption to be calculated and refund against deposit.

Notwithstanding that appropriate steps have been taken to ensure that the information in our directories is accurate, Woodside Park Estates Limited (and those organisations on whose behalf we publish various directories) cannot accept liability for reliance placed on the contents and/or any omissions which may occur.

You agree and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for evaluating any goods or services offered by third parties via the Site. You acknowledge any bookings or purchase of goods or services made with a third party via the Site shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the third party supplying the service and/or goods concerned and that we will not be a party to or in any way responsible for or liable to you in respect of any transactions between you and third parties.

We do not make any representations or warranties as to the security of any information you might be requested to give to any third party.

Availability of the site

You acknowledge that it is technically impossible to provide the Site and its e-mail services free of faults and that we do not undertake to do so; that faults may lead to temporary unavailability of the Site and related e-mail services; and that the operation of the Site and related e-mail services may be adversely affected by conditions and performances outside our control, including, without limitation, transmission and telecommunications links between us and you and between us and other systems and networks.
